casinos

They come equipped with every form of credential one could ask for. They pride themselves with examples of by-pass operations, million dollar settlements, huge batting averages and tiny earn run averages. They can fix, correct, train, design, and sell every thing known to man.

Gosh, I'm glad there are professionals. But just because someone tells me he or she is a professional, does not necessarily make it fact. Good doctors need mal-practice insurance like they need a hole in the head. But they still pay for it. They pay for it to cover the bungled mistakes of their compatriots who claimed to be professionals.

Some professionals state their claim to the title professional on the basis that they make their living as such. And I guess there is some validity to this if their work is of quality.

Yet we must remember that very few professionals can function without the help of others. They need researchers, technicians, and office help. The race driver needs a good pit crew, the piano salesman needs piano movers. The list goes on forever. The true professional pays the price to have a good pit crew or capable movers for the Baby Grand. Of course for half the price they could get Swede and the boys or Laurel and Hardy.

Anyhow, a true professional needs quality help and bones up to the obligation of paying for it.

So what does all this have to do with casinos? Well, Gosh By Golly, The Swede is "Sick up and Fed" at listening to all the so called professional casinos players crying about how hard it is to make a living.

I've heard the so-called professional casinos player complain that had he not casinos dealers he wouldn't have had his car repossessed. I've heard so-called professional casinos players complain about casinos a cocktail waitress fifty cents for a coke that would have cost seventy-five cents in a machine. I've seen those same so-called professionals not toke the dealer who maintains the games pace, pampers the weak players, and insures a fair shake every time a hand is played.

I'm really tired of so called professionals that complain about how much they casinos away last night, last week, or last year. It's an expense folks. It an expense conducive to greater long range profits. It is an expense that if not paid will lead to greater difficulty in securing a profit in the long run. If a professional casinos player can't play good enough to cover his professional expenses then he is no more a pro than the retailer who can't make a profit because the rent is to high.
There have been articles on procedure, articles on concepts and articles on dealing mistakes. We have reprimanded dealers when they demonstrate incompetence. And we have defended dealers when unappreciative charlatans malign them.
